COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Cook from Frozen:
     - Fan assisted oven: 45 - 45 mins 160 Degrees
     - Non fan oven: 18-20 mins 180 Degrees
     - Air Fryer: 18-20 mins 160 Degrees

Cook low and slow, don't turn up the heat to cook quicker, it will still be frozen, and you will just burn the pasty only
