Ingredients:
Beef, Water, Soya Protein, Bread Crumb (Wheat Flour, Salt, Water), Salt and Seasoning (Including Black Pepper, Onion, Paprika, Nutmeg, Celery and Mustard), Ascorbic Acid (Antioxidant) Citric Acid (Natural Preservative).

Cooking Instructions:
Frying: In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the meatballs and sauté on medium heat until cooked through.

Baking: Pre-heat the oven at 180°C and bake from frozen for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Product may require more or less time as per individual oven.
