COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend the air fryer over the oven;
Airfryer: preheat to 200ºC and cook for 30 minutes at 200ºC
But if using the Oven: preheat at 200ºC with fan mode and cook for 40-50 minutes at 220º, better you check after 40 minutes and see the progress - I don't know your oven!!!
Top tip: If you want the skin even crispy, brush with Extra Virgin Olive Oil...!
