     - Fan assisted oven: 30-35 mins 160 Degrees
     - Non fan oven: 30-35 mins 180 Degrees
     - Air Fryer: 30-35 mins 160 Degrees

Cook low and slow, don't turn up the heat to cook quicker, it will still be frozen, and you will just burn the pasty only
