Ingredients:
Water, Lentils, Pumpkin Butternut, Celery, Onion, Butter, Carrot, Leek, Olive Oil, Starch, Lemon Salt, Garlic, Cumin and Turmeric.

Cooking Instructions:
Stove Top: Defrost the pouch. Pour contents into a pot and heat on low until hot. 2 tbsp of water can be added if desired.

Microwave: Place pouch inside the microwave for 5 minutes. Remove, shake and massage gently using oven mitts. Place pouch back flat in microwave for 1-3 minutes. Remove pouch when fully inflated.
