A one pan dish, this traditional Lebanese dish, in Arabic Djej w batata is a delightful combination of chicken & potatoes in a lemony, garlicky sauce.

Ingredients:
Chicken, Potato, Corn Oil, Olive Oil, Lemon, Garlic, Coriander, Salt, Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Remove from freezer and allow to thaw/partial thaw overnight in chiller/fridge. Remove from fridge and ensure that all plastic packaging is removed. Preheat your oven at 350F/175°C or gas mark 4. Once pre- heated, cover with foil & heat for approximately 20 minutes. Once time is complete, remove foil, bake a further 10 minutes until fully heated through. Serve once hot.
