Ingredients:
Beef, Water, Tomatoes, Potato, Bone Marrow, Capsicum, Carrot, Onion, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt), Sunflower Oil, Chicken Liver, Cheddar Cheese, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Celery, Leek, Emulsifier: E451, Flavor Enhancer: E621, Beef Stock, Corn Oil, Worcestershire Sauce (Soy Sauce, Celery, Mustard), Black Pepper, Chicken Stock, Bay Leaf, Salt

Heating Instructions:
Stove Top Heating: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
Transfer the defrosted Beef Caldereta into a pot. Heat over medium heat. Stir occasionally until heated through. Serve.

Microwave Heating: Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Empty the contents of the bag into a microwave-safe container. Heat for 2 minutes. Stir, and microwave for an additional 2 minutes if needed.
