Seasoned with salt, whole peppercorns, garlic, and white wine, then hand-stuffed into natural casing. Aged for 60+ days in cool, humid cellars to develop its ruby-red color and delicate aroma. Traditionally sliced diagonally to showcase its marbled texture and peppery sweetness.
