Ingredients:

  • Chicken Thigh Pieces Boneless, Skinless - 500g 
  • Hyderabad Biryani Masala - 500g
  • Basmati Rice - 1Kg

To Feed: 2 People

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Defrost the chicken & the sauce over night in the fridge the day before cooking

Brown off the chicken in a nice pot, then add the sauce over the top & leave to simmer on a low heat until the chicken is fully cooked

Boil the rice separately (as much to suit personal taste!)

Serve, eat, enjoy!
